Henry Ancona | Chairman of the Board

Henry Ancona has broad-based experience as a board member, business leader, advisor and angel investor. He is a member of CommonAngels and serves as Executive Advisor to technology companies and CEOs, with a focus on business and leadership development. His clients include companies in online media, e-commerce, mobile gaming, supply chain, middleware and security. Henry has more than 30 years of operational experience managing both large global technology enterprises and small, emerging companies. Most recently, he was President at Pegasystems, a rules-based business process management software company, and Chairman and CEO of Evidian, a security and telecom management software company.

Margaret Craig | Signiant CEO

As CEO, Margaret Craig brings a wealth of industry experience to Signiant’s ongoing business and growth strategy, with a successful career spanning executive management roles at leading global media technology, software and managed services companies. Prior to assuming leadership of Signiant in October 2011, Margaret served as COO of Ascent Media Network Services, a provider of content creation, management and distribution services. There she led the technology transition to file-based infrastructure and oversaw contract negotiations with some of the world’s largest broadcast organizations. Prior to Ascent Media, Margaret was the CEO of publicly-traded Leitch Technology, a global provider of technical infrastructure for television production and transmission; and served as President of Snell & Wilcox, a provider of video image processing software and hardware.

Richard D’Amore | North Bridge Venture Partners

Rich D’Amore is a general partner of North Bridge Venture Partners. Rich’s venture investing is targeted at the software industry. He has focused his investment activity in the Northeast, since establishing Hambro’s office there in 1982. All have been active projects, including structuring initial transactions and assuming board seats. Rich is a 1975 summa cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, and a 1980 graduate and Baker Scholar of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Dave Lemont | Currensee

Dave Lemont is CEO of Currensee, developers of advanced trade replication technology. Dave brings broad executive experience in software development, sales and operational management and a special hands-on expertise in building winning “go-to-market” strategies. Prior to founding Lemont Consulting, he was the CEO of AppIQ, the leader in storage management software, through its acquisition by Hewlett Packard.

Jim Ricotta | Verdasys

Jim Ricotta is President and Chief Executive Officer at Verdasys, responsible for overall leadership of the company, including development and execution of its strategy and business plan. Jim is a seasoned CEO, entrepreneur, F500 General Manager, and board member with over 25 years of experience in various IT domains including enterprise security, middleware, application-layer networking, CDNs, mobile software platforms, and digital media. Previously, Jim has held the CEO and President positions at Azuki Systems, DataPower Technology, and SightPath, Inc. He has also been a Vice President and Business Unit General Manager at IBM and Cisco Systems.

Mark Robinson | VIMAC Ventures, LLC

Mark Robinson joined VIMAC in 1994. He has nine years of venture experience, and has led and participated in over 35 rounds of venture financing. He is primarily responsible for the selection, management and exit of portfolio companies for the IT funds. Mark brings a rare combination of experiences spanning operations, finance and consulting in both mature and fledging companies that help him advise and support early-stage companies.

Jack Shields | Boston Capital Ventures

Jack Shields brings a wealth of experience in the computer industry to BCV. At Digital Equipment Corporation he was among the first 100 employees, and held positions ranging from field engineer to senior vice president over a period of 28 years. In 1990, Mr. Shields joined Computervision where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shields has spent the last four years personally investing in and providing advice to technology start-up companies. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s School of Industrial Management (WPI) and the Harvard Business School PMD program and has received an honorary Doctorate of Engineering from WPI.
