Signiant warrants to Licensee, for the period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the Software to the Licensee, that: (a) the media containing the Software will be free from defects; and (b) if not modified and if properly installed and used, the Software will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the Documentation. Such warranties are for Licensee's benefit only and are non-transferable.
