Broadcast Engineering Names Signiant’s Software as NAB “Pick Hit”

BURLINGTON, MA (April 23, 2008) — Signiant, the leading developer of digital media distribution management solutions for the telco, media and entertainment industries, today announced that Broadcast Engineering recognized its Digital Media Distribution Management Suite (DMDMS) as a “Pick Hit” at the annual National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show, held April 14-17, 2008. The Broadcast Engineering “Pick Hit” award is the industry’s longest-running product technology award for broadcast and production. Signiant, along with other winners, will be featured in the June 2008 issue of Broadcast Engineering magazine.

Broadcast Engineering “Pick Hits” were selected by a panel of independent judges who toured the exhibition floor at NAB Show 2008 for three days, looking for innovative technology. They then met to make their selections based on multiple criteria, including the technical and financial improvements the products can bring to a facility’s operation.
