The Signiant Platform provides end users with complete visibility into their transfer history via any Media Shuttle portal. Simply navigate to “My Transfers” to view recent activities. If a mistake is made, you can see if the file has been downloaded by the recipient and revoke the transfer with just a few clicks. It’s as simple as selecting the transfer, clicking on the three dots, choosing “revoke,” and confirming.
