Signiant Brings Content Visibility, Action, and Access to NAB 2026
Solving the friction modern media teams live with every day.
Content operations rarely collapse because of one major failure. They slow down because of a thousand little delays. Teams wait on transfers, search across fragmented storage environments, manage partner access, and move content just to take the next step. At scale, those small delays compound and quietly consume time.
At NAB 2026, we’ll show how the Signiant Platform strengthens the three fundamentals that keep media operations moving: Visibility, Access, and Action. As the connective layer across storage environments and partner ecosystems, Signiant gives teams a clear view of their content, secure control over how it’s accessed, and the ability to act without unnecessary movement.
The objective is straightforward: reduce operational friction so teams can move faster and dedicate more time to creative output, distribution, and growth.
Visibility — Complete and Compliant from the Start
As global licensing expands, content submissions arrive in bulk. Full seasons. Multiple versions. Dozens of required assets per episode, each tied to specific technical and platform requirements. The risk isn’t delivery speed. It’s discovering after arrival that something is missing, out of spec, or unusable.
Signiant Verify reduces that risk by validating submissions against defined delivery and technical requirements before they enter production workflows. Issues are identified immediately, preventing wasted storage and processing costs and avoiding late-stage disruption.

For operations teams managing high-volume ingest, the impact is measurable:
The result is complete, compliant content that advances through the workflow without unnecessary delay.
Access — Centralized Control at Scale
As media environments stretch across clouds, storage platforms, and partner networks, administration stretches with them. Different interfaces for different services. Separate workflows for provisioning and oversight. For IT teams operating at scale, that fragmentation adds steps and slows routine management.
In response to customer demand for a more unified experience, Signiant is advancing the Signiant Console as the centralized control layer for the platform. At NAB, we’re previewing the next phase of that effort: bringing Media Shuttle IT Admin to the Signiant Console.

This moves Signiant closer to a single pane of glass for managing Jet, Media Engine, and Media Shuttle. The impact is practical:
Instead of navigating multiple management interfaces, IT teams gain a cohesive way to control how content is accessed and shared across their Signiant deployment.
Action — Advance Content with Intelligence
Content is transferred, transformed, analyzed, packaged, and delivered across clouds and partner ecosystems. When performance lags or workflows require unnecessary movement, execution slows.
Signiant continues to strengthen how teams act on content, starting with what it does best, acceleration.
Intelligent Transport for Media Shuttle brings Signiant’s latest transport technology into Media Shuttle workflows, improving performance and predictability as file sizes and content volumes grow. Coming out first on AWS, it leverages advanced multi-threaded architecture and optimized bandwidth utilization across cloud and on-prem environments, it enables more efficient movement at scale while laying important groundwork for tighter interoperability across the Signiant Platform.
Building on the Custom Actions capabilities introduced last year, which enable automation and integrations directly where content resides, we’re also previewing Connected Intelligence — an initiative designed to connect customers’ own AI models and media toolsets to the Signiant Platform.
Through simple user prompts, teams can surface operational insights, identify duplicate assets, compare deliverables against contractual requirements, and initiate multi-step workflows across their environment. Action becomes driven by user intent rather than manual creation and coordination.

And following its introduction at IBC 2025, the Signiant Mobile App continues to integrate field capture directly into platform workflows, shortening the distance between creation and collaboration.

The result is coordinated action across transport, automation, AI, and mobile contribution — accelerating content flow across increasingly complex ecosystems.
Designed for Modern Media Complexity
Media operations are growing more complex, not less. Visibility reduces uncertainty. Access restores control. Action keeps content moving.
This isn’t a shift in direction for Signiant. It reflects what the platform has always enabled: accelerating the secure movement of content across complex ecosystems. With Verify — and continued innovation across transport performance, unified administration, and connected intelligence — that capability continues to deepen.
