Media Shuttle

SDCX Server 7.4.0 is now generally available, introducing support for custom firewall port configuration during manual installs and compatibility with non-English versions of Microsoft Windows. This release also includes library updates to address security vulnerabilities and is recommended for all users. 

Media Shuttle MFA with authenticator app support is now generally available to all customers. IT Admins can enable third-party authenticator app MFA at the portal level, giving Ops Admins and end users an added layer of security at login. Successful and failed authentications are logged in the portal Events for full visibility. 

This release introduces support for private connections (sometimes referred to as Dark Site) across Jet and Media Shuttle, relaying cloud communications via another SDCX server. Media Shuttle folder-level notifications have been updated to give Ops Admins more control. Admins can now enable or disable notifications at the Share portal level and choose to hide user email addresses in notification emails, improving flexibility and privacy.

Signiant App v2.2.0 adds support for macOS Tahoe 26 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10. This release introduces system notifications and file exclusion using glob patterns, along with performance enhancements, bug fixes, and overall user experience improvements.

SDCX Server 7.1.0 is now available, bringing updates across Media Engine and Media Shuttle, including displaying high-resolution image previews in Media Engine, support for HEIC files in Media Engine, runtime enhancements, and infrastructure improvements designed to increase stability and reliability.

The Signiant Mobile App now supports the same JSON metadata forms used in Media Shuttle browser transfers. Once an IT Admin assigns a metadata form to a Submit portal, end users will be able to capture descriptive metadata seamlessly for mobile transfers. 

SDCX load balancing is now available, leveraging the updates introduced in SDCX Server 7.0.
