Send Portals make it simple to send large files to one or multiple people. Simply drag any-size file onto the portal, enter the email address of the recipient(s), and hit Send. Email notifications advise the recipient when a file is ready for accelerated download.

Share portals are used for collaborative workflows and offer a folder structure that allows multiple users to organize, browse, upload and download any files or folders for which they have the necessary permissions.

Submit portals allow end users to drop content into automated workflows. For example, if you regularly receive content from a third-party you can give them the link to a branded submit portal, where they will simply upload the content, and hit send. The content will automatically flow to the correct systems and all relevant parties will be notified.
