An influx of wildly popular episodic television productions such as The Walking Dead and The Vampire Diaries has invaded the state of Georgia. Our friends at Creative Cow interviewed Ron Heidt, senior editor and technical director for Crawford Media Creative Services, to explore in detail how he’s implementing Signiant Media Shuttle so that their many clients can handle the enormous quantities of raw footage and dailies they produce, in Atlanta and at locations everywhere in the world.

“We used to use FTP for everything … and were limited by the number of users we could have at one time. But now we use Signiant for everything … and users can be easily added, and share content right away,” says Ron. “Signiant Media Shuttle just works.”
