BURLINGTON, MA (February 12, 2013) – Signiant, the market leader in intelligent file movement software for media and entertainment, today named Adam Feinzig as Chief Financial Officer. Based in Signiant’s Boston area headquarters, Feinzig brings more than two decades of financial and operational experience to Signiant’s senior leadership team.

“With his expertise in company growth and evolving business models at venture-backed digital media organizations, Adam’s guidance will be extremely valuable to the company’s future growth plans and direction,” said Margaret Craig, Signiant CEO. “Adam brings an impressive breadth of experience that will have an impact on our operations today and well in the future. We’re thrilled to welcome him to our senior management team.”
